If you book a recurring cleaning (weekly or every two weeks) the same agent will be assigned to you every time. In case of sickness or absence of your cleaner, another trusted Batmaid will replace them temporarily. In case of holidays, you can choose if you wish a replacement agent during that time. The same instructions given to your regular Batmaid will be passed on to their replacement.
Please note that if you book monthly cleanings, we cannot guarantee that the same agent will be assigned for your cleanings.
In case you book a one-off service, we will send the agent that best meets your requirement, who's located in your area and fully available at your selected time slot.
