What should I do if my Batmaid professional is late?

 

In case your cleaning professional comes 20 minutes after the scheduled start time without any notice, feel free to contact us. Our Team will rapidly investigate on the reason of this delay and will make sure this won’t happen in the future. Please note a delay has no impact on the cleaning duration.

What should I do if my Batmaid professional doesn't show up?

 

It is highly unlikely that your trusted Batmaid professional does not show up for a cleaning job that she accepted. However, in case of last minute accident or sickness, our Team will generally know about it, so does our client. We would then try and replace your scheduled Batmaid Professional by another trusted one able to do a short-notice cleaning tailored to your needs.

What should I do if my Batmaid professional needs more time than I booked?

 

If you notice your cleaner does not have sufficient time to make your home shine you can edit your booking anytime by logging in and going to your My Bookings page. From there you can apply changes such as increasing your cleaning duration for all upcoming cleanings. Please note that an increase in cleaning duration may or may not be conducive to a change of Batmaid professional.

By default and if possible, you will always get the same Batmaid trusted cleaner for your selected frequency.

What should I do if something is damaged?

 

If you believe your Batmaid cleaner might have broken or damaged anything, please contact us.

If you think some items are more fragile than others, please do indicate it to your cleaning employee or in your Special Instructions.

What should I do if something is missing ?

 

This is very unlikely to happen. If you believe your Batmaid cleaner might have put anything away, please contact us.

The Batmaid cleaners will bear all responsibilities and legal consequences related to their behavior at work.

A legal protection negotiated with Generali can be selected to insure you at the end of the booking process.

How do I file a claim?

 

In case you would like to file a claim our Team will deal with the issue so do not hesitate to contact us.

How soon can I book?

 

At the moment, you can book a cleaning 48 hours in advance. We are developing a Batmaid Flash Service that will allow you to book minimum 12 hours in advance – we will keep you informed once the service is ready. In the meantime, if you need a cleaning in less than 48 hours, do not hesitate to contact us on the phone, otherwise click on book a cleaning now!
