What should I do if my Batmaid professional is late?


In the event that your cleaning professional comes 20 minutes after the scheduled start time without any notice, please contact us. Our Team will rapidly investigate the reason for this delay and will make sure this won’t happen in the future. Please note a delay has no impact on the cleaning duration.

What should I do if my Batmaid professional doesn't show up?


It is highly unlikely that your trusted Batmaid professional won't show up for a cleaning job that they have accepted. In case of last minute accident or sickness, our Team will be aware of it and will try to replace your scheduled Batmaid Professional by another trusted cleaner who is able to do a short-notice cleaning tailored to your needs.

What should I do if my Batmaid professional needs more time than I booked?


If you notice your cleaner does not have sufficient time to make your home shine, you can edit your booking anytime by logging in and heading to your ''My cleanings'' page. From there you can apply changes such as increasing your cleaning duration for all upcoming cleanings. Please note that an increase in cleaning duration may or may not be conducive to a change of Batmaid professional.

By default and if possible, you will always get the same Batmaid trusted cleaner for your selected frequency.

What should I do if something is damaged?


If you believe your Batmaid cleaner might have broken or damaged anything, please contact us.

If there are items in your house you would rather your Batmaid steer clear of, please let us know in the ''special instructions'' field when booking.

What should I do if something is missing ?


This is very unlikely to happen. If you believe something in your home has gone missing after a cleaning, please contact us. We will support you by giving you all the necessary information about your professional cleaner.


The Batmaid cleaners will bear all responsibilities and legal consequences related to their behavior at work.

How do I file a claim?


If you would like to file a claim, our team will deal with the issue so make sure to get into contact with us.

How soon can I book?


At the moment, you can book a cleaning 48 hours in advance. We are developing a Batmaid Flash Service that will allow you to book minimum 12 hours in advance – we will keep you informed once the service is ready. In the meantime, if you need a cleaning in less than 48 hours, do not hesitate to contact us on the phone, otherwise click on book a cleaning now!
